Digoxin
has positive inotropic and negative chronotropic activity. It is used to
control
ventricular rate in
ATRIAL FIBRILLATION
and in the management of congestive
heart failure
with
atrial fibrillation
. Its use in congestive
heart failure
and sinus rhythm is less certain. The
margin
